Welcome to IRB Shoreline Rentals (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking a golf cart rental with us or using our website irbshorelinerentals.com, you (“Renter,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Rental Agreement
By booking a golf cart with IRB Shoreline Rentals, you are entering into a rental agreement. The renter must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.
2. Payments
- No Deposit Required: We do not require a security deposit for standard rentals.
- Payment: Rental fees must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- Additional Days: If you wish to keep the cart longer than your original reservation, simply notify us and the standard daily rate will be added.
3. Rental Period
- Pick-Up/Delivery Time: [Insert Time, e.g., 9:00 AM]

- Rentals may be extended subject to availability and additional daily charges.
4. Renter Responsibilities
- Only licensed drivers 21+ may operate the golf cart.

- Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
- Maximum passenger limits must be observed.
- Carts must remain within areas permitted by local laws.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Renter Cancellations: Cancellations made at least [insert policy, e.g., 24 hours] before rental are eligible for a refund. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
- Company Cancellations: If we must cancel due to maintenance or unforeseen issues, you will receive a full refund or offered a replacement cart.
6. Damages & Liability
- While no deposit is collected, the renter is responsible for any damages, loss, or misuse of the cart during the rental period.
- IRB Shoreline Rentals is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property.
7. Prohibited Uses
Carts may not be used for:
- Off-road driving or racing
- Carrying more passengers than seats provided
- Towing other vehicles or equipment
- Any unlawful purpose
8. Safety & Compliance
- All drivers must follow local, county, and state traffic laws.
- Seatbelts (if provided) must be worn at all times.
- Carts are permitted only on streets and areas where local law allows golf cart operation.
9. Indemnity
Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless IRB Shoreline Rentals, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from rental use.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By renting a golf cart from IRB Shoreline Rentals, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
